I agree wholeheartedly with the proposed changes but we know that the Uniparty would never allow such changes to get to first base. Our voting system is the flawed product it is because it guarrantees to maintain their status quo.
These are great reforms, except in this country there's a conflation of "not having an opinion" and "exercising the right to abstain." If you spoil your ballot, you have no right to complain! Absolute crap. Of course, this comes down to education - the type where civics isn't taught in schools because it benefits the same uniparty that dominates it.
I think adding abolishing compulsory voting would go a long way too.
